In ontwikkeling is een extra railaansluiting (2016/2017) qua grond is er naar Duitsland een zgn voorkooprecht (1e recht op koop) op een stuk terrein (50.000 m2 ). Het betreft een mondelinge afspraak met gemeente (Emlichheim); daarnaast kan eventueel in de toekomst de oude terminal van ca 30.000 m2 weer in gebruik worden genomen (is nu verhuurd).


Development in surrounding area

Nieuwe investeringen in productielocaties van derden. Duitse GVZ status gekregen. Daarnaast nieuwe railaansluiting op het Nederlandse Spoornet gerealiseerd, waardoor treinen sneller naar Rotterdam rijden.
